Bee Heard

.It was with great anticipation we all awaited the dredging of Como Lake. Perfect time, no water, clear weather. Last I checked there were almost 100 ducks splashing and quacking away; they did find a new home there. I guess this is bureaucracy at its finest.

.Residents should be aware that there is a middle-age person walking around Como Park jumping in front of cars. It happened to me twice with the same person. It may be someone on drugs. Please call the police if this happens to you.

.Simple question for the Lancaster supervisor and Town Board: Will we be getting garbage totes next year or later this year? Is there a date in mind? Could the community be notified as soon as possible?
